The role will be based in either Durban or Johannesburg depending on where the suitable candidates resides .Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate
- Post-Matric qualification an advantage
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the Wholesale sales role within edible products
- Must be willing to travel nationally within South Africa
- Initiate communication to current and prospective wholesales to grow the 20lt Palm, 20lt Oil bucket market, Baking oil ingredients
- Must work closely with buyers and owners and drive sales into wholesalers, drive sales out by ensuring sales plans and strategy are done to ensure growth
- Technical support to end users, training of wholesalers reps and helping customers conversion from competitor products to ours
- Respond to enquries, providing comprehensive information both to the custoemrs and internal departments
- Address customer needs, queries and concerns courteously and promptly
- Build strong customer relationships by delivering personalized service and post-sale support
- Collaborate closely with the cross functional departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Accurately document customer interactions, enquiries and resolutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPI's set by the line manager while delivering exceptional customer service
- Manage the market expectations
- Ticket resolution efficiently and effectively
- Develop and implement the channel strategy and marketing plans
