Job Title: Food and Beverage Supervisor- BanquetingLocation: TzaneenJob Type: Full-timeJob Overview:We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team and oversee our banqueting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of banqueting events, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a team of food and beverage staff.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the set-up, service, and breakdown of banqueting events
- Ensure that all food and beverage service standards are met and maintained
- Train and supervise banqueting staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Manage inventory and ordering of banquet supplies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Assist with event planning and coordination as neededQualifications:- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a hospitality or banqueting setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
