Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar administrative role.
Experience in administration and accounts payable, QuickBooks software a plus.
Excel Skills: Strong skills are essential - must understand and use formulas effectively.
2 Saturdays a month (as needed): 08:00 to 13:00 (typically month-end or month-beginning)
Must be comfortable working in a female-only, relaxed but performance-driven office.
Must be able to take initiative, problem-solve, and work independently, meet deadlines, be detail-oriented, with good memory
Attention to detail is critical

Duties:

Full creditors function:
General admin support for the accounts department
Managing filing systems and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with month-end processes and reporting
Liaising with suppliers and internal staff as needed
Assisting with basic data capturing and spreadsheet reporting
Support across departments where necessary (team player attitude)
