- Works with a team of Traffic Managers, Creative Strategist, Creation Directors, Designers, Copy writers, Ad Developers and Client servicing teams.
- Works internally with all departments within the Creative Hub, and in-market teams and externally with clients.
- Design, produce and adapt to different channel formats a variety of digital assets, including banners, social media content, paid media creatives, 2D designs following different platforms creative best practices with a prime focus on Baidu.
- Develop the Chinese version of the master paid media playbook to ensure all design guidelines adhere to Baidu's best practices as well as taking into account Chinese cultural nuances while matching the English guidebook's tone and look and feel.
- Collaborate with the Senior Art Director and Chinese copywriter as well as the wider creative team to develop compelling campaign concepts.
- Ensure all creative assets incorporate local Chinese cultural nuances to drive relevance to the right audience.
- Implement AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, scaling large creative campaigns quickly and effectively.
- Maintain a strong understanding of design systems and modular creative approaches to drive consistency and adaptability.
- Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.
- 3+ years of experience in multimedia design, 2D design, digital design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
- Experience with adtech platforms such as Baidu, Google Display, DemandGen, DV360, and Creative Studio.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising formats with extensive knowledge in Baidu's ad formats best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Great attention to detail to ensure high quality control for all assets delivered in high-quality.
- Experience with AI-driven design tools is a plus.
- Creative Impact: Deliver visually engaging and high-performing assets aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Localization & Adaptation: Ensure content resonates to Chinese markets, adhering to local nuances. Ensure creative assets are following Baidu's creative best practices.
