
Sales Executive – Conferencing & Events

- Drive outbound sales activity including cold calls, client meetings, and tailored proposals.
- Generate new business leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Consistently deliver on monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage your pipeline and maintain accurate records of leads and sales in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the Conferencing Managing Agent to ensure seamless client handovers.
- Represent the venue at client pitches, networking functions, and industry events.
- Minimum 3 years' B2B outbound sales experience, ideally in conferencing, hospitality, or venue hire.
- Established relationships within the MICE industry (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong presentation, pitching, and negotiation skills.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable in target-driven environments.
- Must have own transport and a valid driver's licence.
- A hunter mentality - driven to build a pipeline and close deals.
- Confident and persuasive, with strong relationship-building skills.
- Results-oriented and competitive, with the discipline to follow through.
- Comfortable working in a base + commission remuneration structure.
- Energetic networker who enjoys building long-term relationships.
