- Be the consolidation point for the theatre and global finance teams related to budgets, capacity models, commissions, headcount, headcount ratios/yields, forecast models and opex.
- Build new and maintain existing financial models to support strong decision making within commercial finance and partner originations
- Collate, monitor, analyse and educate on value drivers (“Metrics/KPIs”) of the global partner organization
- Collate, monitor and analyse business data pertaining to commercial activities and report back to all internal stakeholders e.g., target performance, pipeline health/growth and accuracy in partner and sales forecasting
- Collaborate cross-functionally in an effort to achieve commercial finance goals in support of corporate finance goals
- Ensure all commercial activities meet or improve on budget, cost, volume and efficiency targets for short- and long-term plans of the theatres
- Monitor market and existing partner and customers risk and opportunity trends with the aim to growing and retaining revenue, both from a customer perspective and product perspective
- You are required to work and be flexible across global time zones within reason
- Bachelor in finance or equivalent finance qualification
- Experience in corporate finance or another role that requires financial planning and analytics
- Great analytical & problem-solving skills
- Financial modelling/advanced Excel skills
- Strong detail orientation
- Strong business plan positioning and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast paced, high growth environment
- Demonstrated communication skillset (written and verbal)
