This role is about Management of the Procurement process and Timely Supply of Spare parts to customers across Johannesburg.POSITION INFO:Management of the Procurement process and Timely Supply of Spare parts to customers across Johannesburg.
This includes Ensuring Compliance to Internal Control processes and customer SLA requirements.
Cost optimization (Vendor Management) and resolving customer issues.
Handling applications for and delivery process of spare parts.
Executing/Implementing replacement solutions and replenishments where there are shortages, and Managing returns.
Ensure all processes are relevant to the projects they support.
Writing reports and reporting on Business Processes, Output Inventory and Delivery.
People Management: Manage Performance of Warehouse and Supplier.
Manage communication between Customer, Project Teams and Subcontractors.Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Communication or any relevant majorExperience in Spare Parts Management / Telecommunication Equipment Delivery / Supply Chain or Maintenance Service.Strong skills and experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)Standby/24Hour availability for Urgent Matters.Ability and Willingness to work independently in a fast-paced, challenging, culturally and ethnically diverse environment.Occasional travel (on a need basis) to customer sites in Johannesburg
