
Financial and Sales Administrator

- Record and process financial transactions accurately
- Prepare and process invoices for customers
- Manage cashbook entries and journal adjustments
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Manage debtors and creditors, including payment follow-ups
- Assist with financial reporting and statements
- Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping (electronic and physical)
- Support the accounting and sales teams with ad-hoc tasks
- Minimum 4 years experience in an accounts/admin role
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles (journals, reconciliations, reporting)
- Experience using Sage Pastel / Sage Evolution and CRM systems
- Relevant qualification in finance or accounting (preferred)
- Proficient in MS Excel and spreadsheets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation
- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Strong organisational skills
- Professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to learn
