Sales Operations & Relationship Management
- Provide fleet and rental customers, as well as the dealer network, with professional support to ensure sales success and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee fleet sales processes at dealership level, ensuring compliance with brand standards and commercial policies.
- Implement, monitor, and report on:
- Fleet and rental sales performance and profitability
- Forecasts and sales targets
- Incentives, promotions, and marketing initiatives
- Stock allocations and vehicle logistics
- Conduct regular dealer and customer visits to maintain strong relationships and drive performance.
- Ensure efficient communication and alignment between customers, dealers, and internal departments.
- Support forecasting, order pipelines, and inventory management.
- Coordinate regional sales campaigns and promotions.
- Contribute to effective deployment of sales programmes and best practices.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
- Provide feedback on customer requirements and market opportunities.
- Prepare reports on sales results, market activity, and operational performance.
- Analyse sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure stock levels and order fulfilment align with customer requirements.
- Elevate the customer experience and uphold operational standards.
- Provide valuable insights to management to support business development.
- Relevant Sales & Marketing qualification (advantageous)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales-focused role within the motor industry (dealer network experience an advantage)
- Strong understanding of fleet and rental sales with the ability to manage relationships at senior level
- Proven decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- High computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to work independently
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Motivated, positive, and self-driven with sound business acumen
- Assertive, adaptable, resilient, and customer-focused with a practical, hands-on approach
- Ethical, professional, results-oriented, and a strong team player able to work across functions
- Flexibility to travel extensively and work outside of standard office hours
