Job Title: Help Desk Operations and Technical Support (Stellenbosch)Summary:Seeking a tech-savvy professional to provide first and second-line support for IT systems and cloud infrastructure. This role focuses on troubleshooting, client support, and maintaining efficient operations across Microsoft Azure and Windows Server environments.Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1 & 2 support for applications and infrastructure.
Troubleshoot Azure and Windows Server issues.
Manage support tickets and meet SLA targets.
Assist users via Teams or phone with clear, non-technical communication.
Document procedures and escalate complex issues when needed.
Requirements:
2+ years in IT/help desk support.
Experience with Microsoft Azure and Windows Server.
Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls).
PowerShell scripting familiarity.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
