Work closely with various departments, including legal,

, and operations, to develop contracts that support business goals and address any issues that arise during the contract lifecycle. * Ensure that all contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations, conducting research as necessary to stay updated on changes in legislation.

Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries, clarifying terms and conditions with stakeholders.

Qualifications

A recognized tertiary electrical

qualification/T4 or equivalentSkills

Ten (10) years exposure to the electrical and instrumentation industry with at least five (5) years as

Site Manager or Contracts Manager. * Project management experience.

Working knowledge of the OHS Act legislation will be an advantage.
Computer literacy and competent in using MS Excel and MS Project or Primavera P6
Safety Training
QA Training (ISO 9001)
Financial Training (ability to run own committed cost system)
Good communication skills and assertive business acumen.
