Are you looking to further your career in hospitality management?Requirements:MUST LIVE CLOSE TO DURBANVILLE (No relocation applications will be considered)Must have hotel reception and or management experienceProof of minimum Grade 12 CertificateExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong administration skills necessaryStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysComputer literacy and business English necessaryAfrikaans and Xhosa advantageousResponsibilities:Duty Manager responsibilities include:Work at reception to make reservations and help guests to check in and to their roomsAddress facilities matters as they ariseWork closely with the restaurant to ensure that all guest requirements are pre-planned and provided forAssist with restaurant management shifts if requiredAddress customer issues and complaintsSchedule regular maintenance and cleaning of facilitiesMeet regularly with upper management to stay informed on company issuesOversee security of the facilityThe duty manager reports to the relevant department heads on any particular shift.
