Looking for a new challenge? We are looking for a Legal Litigation Admin advisor. This role involves analytical assessment of merits. Tracing of Third parties, confirmation and compiling of information necessary to proceed to hand a matter over to our law firm to proceed with legal actions.Under general supervision, performs a limited variety of clerical duties for functional groups involving compiling and arranging data, making standard computations, processing and coding documents and maintaining records and files. Routines are generally prescribed and supervision is readily available.Requirements:
  • Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
  • Minimum 1 years Recoveries/Liabilities Experience
  • Minimum 1 year in the STI environment
Deliverables include, but will not be limited to:
  • Merit assessment
  • Calculation of quantum
  • Tracing third parties
  • Preparing matters for litigation
