- Manages a monthly budget ~$1MM of paid media spend
- Responsible for the execution, analysis and optimizations for a large portfolio of paid media campaigns (Facebook, Linkedin, Google Display, etc.)
- Develops data-driven media plans & segmentation strategies across multiple paid media channels
- Work collaboratively with demand generation analysts to ensure that program performance is in line with top-funnel, mid-funnel, and down-funnel targets
- Full ownership of a minimum of two large-scale strategic initiatives that has a portfolio wide impact on the business.
- Continually works on and/or owns cross-functional projects as designated by leadership (ex. Creative analysis implementation, etc.)
- Execution of the full lifecycle of testing new scalable prospecting driving opportunities & growth plans across verticals (ex. scaling a new channel, data science integration, etc.)
- Responsible for moving the business forward, beyond BAU media management, through media innovation
- Lead large-scale strategic initiatives and testing opportunities end-to-end, including planning, communication, execution, timelines, and measurement
- Influence media strategy development & portfolio strategies - develops the plan through his/her team.
- Work alongside Director, Exec Ed Paid Media & Senior Traffic Coordinator in identifying, developing and implementing process improvements, incorporating team feedback throughout
- Maintain emphasis on full-funnel performance and valuations in all aspects of work.
- Manage performance of paid social & display marketing for a small portfolio of accounts, and act as a first point of coverage as needed.
- Assist with growing and strengthening relationships with platform partners and agencies.
- Mentor and develop the team's technical and non-technical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
- 3+ years paid media advertising experience, preferably in an agency setting
- Experience in managing a portfolio of monthly media spend exceeding $500k across paid social and display channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, etc.
- Strategic execution experience across tactics including prospecting, remarketing, CTV/video, streaming audio
- Strong understanding of programmatic technologies and platforms with experience in DSPs like DV360
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven approach to media
- Experience leveraging marketing/analytics tools, preferably Tableau and GA
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, evaluate priorities, and flexibly adapt to changing business needs
- Strong project management discipline, including development of project plans, assessment and mitigation of risk, effectively meeting management and tracking actions and issues
