The following vacancy has become available: Admin Clerk.Responsibilities and Duties:Maintenance and correction of cost prices for Trade branches stock
Invoicing of external rent
Ordering of fuel
Issuing of orders for expenses
Stationary control
Reconciliations of internal accounts
Compile monthly reports
Analysis of daily reports
Gather data for audit purposesQualifications and Skills:Matric / Grade 12 with Mathematics as subject
Relevant degree / diploma in Accounting (advantageous)
Computer literate
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Must be able to comply with deadlines
Must be able to work under pressure
High attention to detail
Sound analytical ability
Ability to work independently and effectively within time constraints
Excellent interpersonal skills
Problem solving skills
