- Finance-related work, data capturing and invoice processing
- Financial reporting, reconciliations and VAT
- Providing friendly, prompt and professional assistance to clients
- Coordinating with couriers and suppliers
- General administrative duties as necessary
- Assist with preparation of audit pack for yearly audits
- Requesting monthly statements from 3rd parties
- Working as part of a tight-knit team and providing your input to help shape the future of our company
- Be over 18 years of age & have a matric certificate
- Have a relevant qualification and/or 3 years relevant experience in related field
- High level of numerical, written proficiency and accuracy
- Advanced experience with Excel and Sage would be a major advantage
- Have a driver’s licence and their own transport
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent command of the English language with fluency in Afrikaans being advantageous
