- Lead strategic stakeholder engagement to align reporting efforts with disclosure priorities and programmatic development.
- Implement and manage the Group's ESG transparency and disclosure procedures.
- Deliver a comprehensive suite of ESG reports and publications in alignment with international standards, including UN SDG contributions and True Value assessments.
- Enhance the Group's ESG performance across key indexes and ratings agencies through gap assessments and continuous performance tracking.
- Monitor and improve the Group's overall ESG performance indicators, establishing continuous assurance processes.
- Respond to ESG investor queries and support reporting requirements in collaboration with Investor Relations.
- Support investment teams in ESG and Impact matters, including due diligence assessments.
- Implement and oversee ESG knowledge and data management processes and systems.
- Develop and deliver ESG learning modules and programs to embed ESG principles within the organizational culture.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly ESG reporting to the Group Board, relevant committees, and executive management.
- Degree in Business Management, Data Analysis, or equivalent field.
- A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience, with at least 3 years in a relevant sector, industry, or area of specialization.
- Proven experience with ESG reporting standards and frameworks (e.g., SASB, GRI, TCFD).
- Demonstrated experience in producing ESG reporting and disclosures for a global audience.
- Strong command of the ESG subject matter and landscape, with demonstrable sector expertise.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
