Perform end-to-end manual and automated testing for business solutions.
Validate functionality, performance, reliability, and system compatibility.
Conduct testing gap analysis between requirements and environments.
Define quality standards during PI and sprint meetings and ensure adherence
Document and maintain test plans, scenarios, acceptance criteria, and results.
Develop and maintain test automation artifacts
Execute and manage manual and automation regression tests.
Test big data outputs for accuracy.
Demonstrate deliverables to stakeholders and provide feedback on QA processes.
Monitor test coverage and ensure predictable outcomes.
Minimize defects through proactive quality measures.

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

Matric (Grade 12)
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Diploma in Information Technology.
ISTQB/ISEB certification preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 7 years’ testing experience, with 4 years in test automation.
At least 2 years’ experience in financial services or investment environment.
Strong SQL knowledge and ability to work with big data.
Business process automation experience.
Agile environment experience essential.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and team collaboration.
Out-of-the-box thinking for innovative testing solutions.
Strong knowledge of QA best practices and automation tools.
