They specialize in the maintenance, repair, and installation of refrigeration equipment for clients in various sectors, ensuring top-quality service and support.Position Overview:We are seeking a reliable and skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration and beverage machines at client premises across South Africa and surrounding areas.Key Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems and beverage machines at client sites.Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults on refrigeration and beverage equipment.Ensure all equipment operates efficiently and complies with safety standards.Perform regular preventive maintenance on refrigeration and beverage machines to ensure optimal performance.Provide excellent customer service while on-site and ensure customer satisfaction.Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of all work carried out.Manage and maintain company tools and equipment.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.Requirements:Qualification: N3 or equivalent in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, or a related technical qualification.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the refrigeration and beverage machine servicing industry.Skills:Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.Proficient in refrigeration system repairs, maintenance, and installation.Knowledge of electrical systems related to refrigeration equipment.Ability to read and understand technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and system schematics.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Drivers License: Valid South African driver’s license (Code B or higher).Personal Attributes:Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Strong problem-solving skills.Willingness to travel and work at various client locations within Johannesburg and surrounding areas.Additional Benefits:Company bakkie and fuel allowance provided.Access to medical aid and pension fund benefits.Ongoing training and development opportunities.
