- Safety management of the section
- Qualified earthmoving mechanic, Diesel Mechanic or Mechanical Engineering qualification
- Must have at least 5 years supervisory experience
- Must have extensive knowledge of service financial figures
- Warranty understanding and application thereof critical
- Understanding of product problem management and impact thereof
- People management skills ,Ability to manage extremely stressed environment
