Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in office administration and accounts
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong computer skills (MS Office and other accounting software proficient in excel, advanced level)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- English reading and writing first languageKey Responsibilities:
- General office administration and support
- Handling debtor accounts at branch
- Cash sales/credit card reconciliation
- Petty cash handling and reconciliation
- Fuel reconciliation
- Credit card reconciliation
- Courier reconciliation
- Assisting debtors with queries telephonically & via email
- Follow-up debtors accounts
- Assisting management with day-to-day operations
