Job Summary Our client, a leading property group with a track record of excellence spanning more than three decades, is seeking a Financial Controller to join their finance team.Duties:

Manage the full financial function, including monthly reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Oversee balance sheet integrity and maintain strong internal controls.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Support year-end audit processes and liaise with external auditors.
Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Education and experience:

CA(SA) qualification (newly qualified).
Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.
Exposure to the property or real estate sector will be advantageous.
Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
