This will include:Conducting extensive research to identify customer needs to drive new opportunities and create disruptive digital experiencesWeb analytics, tracking & reportingWeb Product and Project ManagementFront-end Product management (from ideation to implementation and execution)Manage backlog, releases and frontend web channel budgetEcommerce & Online performance:Ecommerce & web objective performance optimisationManage business requirements driven by web channels, ie: goals, metrics, etc.Relationship managementCollaborate with the broader teams to develop and introduce new site features.Manage partners such as Web Designers, Developers and external partners or agencies to ensure all roadmap requirements are met & deliveredRequired Knowledge, Skills and CompetenciesTertiary Qualification - SEO, Digital or Web related degree/diploma3-5 years experience working as a Web or SEO Manager or similar positionStrong, demonstrated and proven SEO experienceRetail experience will be an advantageOnline content and large listings of product merchandising experiencePIM(Product Information Management) experienceExperience in online content optimisation for SEOGoogle Analytics & Google Tag Manager experience will be an advantageKnowledge and experience in Agile methodologies (scrum) and work practiceKnowledge of HTML, CSS & JavascriptGoogle Analytics & Google Tag ManagerCMS (Content Management System) experience e.g. in Shopify, Wordpress or MagentoUnderstanding of Conversion rate optimisationKnowledge and interpretation of Website performance evaluation and optimisationUnderstanding of Cyber/Web securityResearch capabilityCompetencies required: Result-oriented; Devotion to Quality; Performing under Pressure; Initiative; Vitality; Client Focus; Analysing and forming opinions; and Creativity
