***THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE***We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Warranty Clerk to join one of the top-performing brands in the country, at a leading dealership in Cape Town. The Service Department is led by a meticulous yet supportive Service Manager who runs a well-structured and efficient team. In this role, you will handle all aspects of warranty administration, including claims, submissions, calculations, reconciliations, and accurate record-keeping. Building strong relationships with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and OEMs will be key to your success. Our client is looking for someone who is highly efficient, possesses excellent warranty knowledge, and has solid working experience with DMS in a large, fast-paced franchised dealership workshop.Job RequirementsMatric CertificateA valid Drivers License2 years of Warranty experience in a franchised dealershipWorking knowledge of DMSThe ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining accurate recordsFluent in English and AfrikaansMUST be able to work every second SaturdayStable work historyContactable referencesYou will need the following documents when applying.
