Job SummaryOur client is looking for an experienced and motivated Deli Manager to join their butchery team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, have strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of meat cuts, food safety, and customer service. This role requires someone who can manage daily deli operations, ensure the highest standards of product quality, and lead a team to deliver excellent service to our customers.Minimum requirements:

Valid driver's license
Reliable transport
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
Understanding of different meat cuts
Must be able to split carcasses
Experience working in a butchery would be advantageous
Proficient in MS Office
