- Take full responsibility for the reception and retail area
- Yield management, managing room and therapist efficiency and profitability
- Manage work schedules, supervise duties and monitor performance
- Manage professional platform partners within all facilities
- Manage accuracy of database on ESP
- Create the ultimate customer experience
- Handle enquiries, complaints and feedback, resolving any issues and promptly report back to the manager
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and comments to maintain a positive reputation
- Confirm bookings and ensure payments
- Build and maintain client relationships and inform them about specials
- Financial management - daily cash-ups and reports (daily, monthly)
- Monitor and manage the front desk budget, including expenses, revenue collection and cost control measures
- Manage inventory and supplies
- Cross promotion and selling of spa services
- Matric
- Business Administration qualification or experience in administration of the spa industry
- ESP Software experience (Essential)
- Minimum 2 years in the wellness industry
- Minimum 2 years reception/sales experience
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Computer literate, especially Excel
- Opera Software experience (advantageous)
- Must be available for flexible shifts
