- Run point on customer campaigns from start to finish
- Coordinate teams and timelines to meet deadlines
- Make sure briefs are clear, expectations are managed, and outputs are aligned
- Keep clients and internal teams updated on campaign progress
- Handle hiccups calmly and professionally
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- Previous campaign/project management experience (ideally in CRM/email)
- Exposure to creative production or digital campaign workflows
- Confidence managing client relationships
- A proactive, calm, solution-focused attitude
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders
- An eye for detail and love for process
