As an Audit Manager, you will take on a key leadership role in delivering both financial and IT audits, ensuring compliance with international standards and delivering value-driven insights. This secondment offers the opportunity to immerse yourself in the Dutch market while enhancing your professional experience in a global setting.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Audits: Lead audits of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and international auditing standards.IT & Systems Audits: Evaluate information systems for compliance with data protection and regulatory frameworks.Internal Controls: Assess and enhance internal control systems and operational processes.Reporting: Deliver high-quality audit reports with clear, actionable recommendations.Team Management: Supervise and mentor audit teams, ensuring efficiency and professional development.Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to build trust and provide exceptional service.Strategic Planning: Work with senior leadership to refine audit methodologies and deliver best-in-class solutions.Required:4–10 years of audit experience (public and/or private sector)Solid technical knowledge of IFRS and international auditing standardsDemonstrated leadership experience in managing audit teamsPreferred:Strong communication and analytical skillsAbility to work independently in a multicultural and fast-paced environmentExperience with international clients or cross-border assignmentsWhat This Secondment Offers
