We are seeking a highly alert and professional Control Room Operator to join our security team specializing in close body protection and body guarding. The operator will be responsible for monitoring security systems, coordinating response teams, and ensuring the safety of clients and personnel at all times.Key Responsibilities:Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, tracking devices, and communication channels.Coordinate and dispatch close protection officers/bodyguards as required.Maintain constant communication with on-the-ground teams and clients.Record, report, and escalate incidents promptly and accurately.Ensure all protocols and emergency procedures are followed.Keep detailed logs of all activities, communications, and incidents.Requirements:Prior experience in a security control room environment (close protection experience advantageous).Strong situational awareness and ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Proficient in using CCTV, radio communication, and incident logging systems.PSIRA registration (or equivalent accreditation) essential.Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.Personal Attributes:High attention to detail and vigilance.Calm and decisive in emergencies.Professional, reliable, and disciplined.Tailormade SolutionRecruiter
