- Develop and manage the Carbon Literacy toolkit project.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, including consumer, dealer, and industry analysis that drive evidence-based decision making.
- Create detailed industry reports that highlight trends, opportunities, and challenges within the automotive sector.
- Analyse used and new car sales data to provide insights that drive business strategy and product development.
- Perform competitor analysis to understand market positioning and identify strategic advantages.
- Provide global market insights, data, and trends to support & inform business initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
- Use market reports such as AIM and provide feedback, ensuring data is leveraged effectively across the organization.
- Carry out any reasonable task from time to time.
- Analyze and deliver dealer awards nominees and winners as well as create a documented methodology for the awards.
- Provide necessary data insights for PR initiates as and when required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics or Marketing.
- Advanced Degree preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills with proficiency in data analysis techniques, including creating pivot tables, v-lookups, and advanced formulas.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), with a demonstrated ability to set up custom reports, track user behaviour, and interpret digital performance metrics.
- Familiarity with analytical platforms and first-party analytics tools are advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of other data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous.
- Ability to dissect complex data sets, identify trends, and derive meaningful insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign analysis in digital marketing contexts.

- Market Research: Proven experience in conducting market research and analysis, with a focus on the automotive industry.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and provide recommendations that align with business objectives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Project Management: Task-oriented project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the automotive industry, market trends, and sustainability practices.
