Job Summary:To manage and overseeing sales and service operations within a specific geographic area.? Selling products/services? Updating Data basis,? Conducting market research? Providing detailed Product/service information? Reaching sales target? Adhering to standards and guidelines? Prospecting? Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base. ? Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.? Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products or services to potential customers.? Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.? Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and performance metrics. ? Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and industry developments to effectively communicate value to customers.? Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to the company to help improve products and services.Customer Handling? Deal with all queries relating to product information.? Building customer relationships by promoting the brand and its products? Escalating complaintsAdministration? Capturing of information diligently/precisely? Daily/weekly monthly productivity reports? Dispositioning call outcomes accurately.? Escalating queries/complaints timeouslyMinimum Qualifications: National Matric Certificate (Grade 12/NQF level 4) Relevant Regulatory (RE) qualification or in progressFSCA related qualification (NQF 5 WITH 120 CREDITS)Experience: 2-3 + years Financial Services experience in customer service, External Field Sales, call centre, overachieving customersatisfaction results, data reporting , all staff management oversightand client resolution, secretarial/admin experienceKnowledge, Skills & Abilities: Customer service skillsBusiness Development SkillsField Sales skillsObjection Handling SkillsTarget DrivenConflict resolution skillsBrand developmentAttention to detail.Self-motivatedAbility to work under pressure.Interpersonal skillsCommunication skills (verbal & written)Time managementPlanning & prioritisationAdministration skills
