The main purpose of this role is to manage internal price files in line with business requirements and alignment with Single Exit Price regulations. Manage Customer fees on a monthly basis. Collaborating with multiple departments, to ensure accurate and timely submission of tender applications.Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of all Internal Price files on Oracle.
- Assist with Price Queries.
- Working closely with Customer Service, Commercial and Creditors departments to ensure the accuracy of Prices.
- Submit monthly data and log fee reports.
- Capturing and submitting Data and log fee invoices.
- Updating of tender reports on a monthly basis.
- Maintain necessary filling system on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate all Single Exit Price related functions.
- Check the Department of Health website for published tenders.
- Prepare all relevant documentation for tender submissions to the Department of Health.
- Monitor and track tender outcomes.
- Preparation and Submission of Quotes for Private and Public Clients.
- Work quickly with accuracy and with the minimum of supervision whilst adhering to existing internal procedures.

- BCom Degree
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in Administration or a similar position
- Intermediate level of Computer Literate (MS Package)
