Were looking for a super-organised and confident Bookings & Qualification Agent to join our dynamic Cape Town-based team.This is an onsite role where your energy, communication finesse, and instinct for great service will be key.What Youll Be Doing:
Engaging potential clients over the phone or via digital platforms to qualify their needs
Scheduling appointments with accuracy and professionalism
Acting as a key touch point between the business and prospective clients
Representing the brand with clarity, confidence, and care
Keeping CRM records up-to-date and reporting effectively on lead activityWhat Were Looking For:
A customer service or sales background, experience in appointment setting is a strong plus
Real estate or property experience is great, but not a must
A natural conversationalist who interviews beautifully
Someone with excellent attention to detail, quick thinking, and initiative
