- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a corporate environment. (Experience in the Corporate Gifting industry a strong plus)
- Demonstrated success transitioning from Sales Representative to a leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Deep understanding of customer psychology and the sales process.
- Process-driven, metrics-driven, highly organized, and possess a relentless pursuit of exceeding goals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media marketing a plus.
- Qualification in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Understanding of manufacturing production processes beneficial.
