Our Client is a leading provider of corporate gifting solutions, helping businesses build relationships and create lasting impressions.The OpportunityWe are searching for a passionate and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our clients corporate sales team. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue goals.Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a corporate environment. (Experience in the Corporate Gifting industry a strong plus)
Demonstrated success transitioning from Sales Representative to a leadership role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
Deep understanding of customer psychology and the sales process.
Process-driven, metrics-driven, highly organized, and possess a relentless pursuit of exceeding goals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media marketing a plus.
Qualification in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Understanding of manufacturing production processes beneficial.
