- Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, contracting, and supplier relationship management
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement objectives are aligned with business goals
- Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify trends and improve operational efficiency
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform procurement decisions
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain management
- Proven experience in negotiating and managing supplier contracts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
