Senior Procurement Manager - Consulting Industry

• Develop and implement procurement strategies and best practices
• Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, contracting, and supplier relationship management
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement objectives are aligned with business goals
• Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify trends and improve operational efficiency
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform procurement decisions
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain management
• Proven experience in negotiating and managing supplier contracts
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
