A challenging position has become available for a Facilities Management.You will be responsible for (not limited to):Building and Technical Infrastructure Management
Vendor and Contract Management inc SLA’s
Financial management
Project Management
Customer Service Management
HR and Personnel Management
Risk Management including Health and Safety
Sustainability Management
Building Information Management including UtilitiesRequirements:Proven operational management experience
Strong service management orientation
Good people management skills
Strong organizational and planning abilities
Sound problem solving skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Interpersonal, relationship-building and networking skills;
Procurement and negotiation skills;
The ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload;
Time management skills;
Project management skills;Qualifications:3 to 5 year work experience in Facilities Management.
3 to 5 year Technical work experience (Boilers, Generators, UPS, Electrical, HVAC, Compressors, Sprinklers)
A relevant business related qualification will be an advantage
High level understanding of Security process
High level understanding of Fire systems
