They are currently seeking a skilled Laminating Machine Operator to join their production team.Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor plastic laminating machinesWork with materials in reel and slit formEnsure correct setup, calibration, and maintenance of laminating equipmentInspect finished products to ensure quality standards are metTroubleshoot minor mechanical issues during productionMaintain a clean and safe working environmentFollow production schedules and report on output and performanceRequirements:Proven experience operating a Plastic Laminating Machine is essentialBackground in plastic packaging or similar (liners, lid liners, bottle liners)Familiarity with handling materials in reel and slit formStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and in a fast-paced environmentGood communication and teamwork skillsRemuneration:R65 per hour during the probation periodIncreased to R75 per hour after successful completion of probation
