
Property Administrator

- Handle incoming calls and log information accurately
- Manage the shared property mailbox efficiently
- Provide customer service support and resolve leaseholder/resident queries
- Assist with Health & Safety administration tasks
- Prepare and send leaseholder/resident communications (mail merges, newsletters, correspondence)
- Administer licences for leaseholders (e.g., Sub-let and Pet)
- Provide cover for absent property team members as needed
- Undertake ad hoc administrative duties to support property managers and the wider team
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a property or customer service environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Friendly, proactive, and approachable personality
- Able to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Desirable: Experience using MRI Qube Global Software or similar property management software
- Desirable: Interest in building a career in property management
