Sales Development Representative (SDR)Location: Source from LATAM or South Africa
Working Hours: Flexible, EST or PST (Central time is a bonus)

Currently supporting five active clients and generating $10–$20k/month in revenue, the company is focused on strategic growth, aiming to reach $50–$100k/month.The founder is a marketing expert who’s built her own sales funnel but needs a skilled, dedicated sales professional to take things further.Job OverviewWe’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive lead generation, make outbound calls, and close new business opportunities. This person will be responsible for generating 3–5 qualified leads per month, managing outreach campaigns, and handling cold calls with confidence and resilience.Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound sales activities (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn prospecting)
  • Generate 3–5 quality leads/month
  • Maintain tracking spreadsheets (Excel)
  • Communicate consistently with the team via Slack and Google Workspace
  • Attend 2 standup calls per week (Tuesdays & Thursdays)
  • Collaborate on optimizing sales funnel and messaging
Requirements
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (marketing/agency background preferred)
  • Proven ability to cold call, handle rejection, and speak confidently on the phone
  • Strong experience using LinkedIn, email outreach, and sales prospecting tools
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Has worked across or is familiar with international markets (Canada, Europe, US, Australia)
  • Strong attention to detail; able to track outreach and follow-ups manually
  • Familiar with or open to using tools like Gusto, ZoomInfo, and Excel
