- Managing campaigns through-the-line (including digital and social) across a portfolio of brands on a day-to-day basis.
- Act as the key point of contact across a portfolio of brands, partnering with the Group Account Director, client and their partner agencies on day-to-day deliverables.
- Interpret the client's briefs and debriefs, ensuring accurate delivery on strategic, creative and production related tasks.
- Develop campaign project plans, with effective and timeous delivery from concept to execution.
- Manage the daily administration on the account with pin-point accuracy, including contact reports, status reports, financial recons, DAM and file management.
- Work alongside creative, strategy, media, digital development, production and data teams; managing multiple deliverables at the same time.
- Execute large scale TTL chase lists, on time and in line with client's scope of work.
- Interpret campaign performance to optimize creative work and improve current practices.
- Interpret trends, unlocking new and relevant opportunities for creative excellence.
- Ability to take direction and work well within a team environment.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to manage deliverables end-to-end, working alongside internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong digital skills with a strong understanding of social and digital platforms and technical / production requirements.
- Understanding of the ATL production process (Film, Audio, OOH).
- Strong project management and organizational skills, including filing and tracking systems.
- Entrepreneurial and curious mindset.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and thoroughly.
- Excellent use of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, PPT, Excel, Teams & One Drive) and Google Suite.
- Experience in using Chase.
- Tertiary Marketing and/or Advertising qualification.
- Digital agency experience and experience on large scale multinational brands and/or in FMCG would be advantageous.
- Proven experience in working with external agency partners.
