- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Sage 300 (Accpac). Please note, experience with Sage 300 People does not apply to this role.
- Proven experience in providing support and performing upgrades for Sage 300.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage your own workload, and investigate issues with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Practical experience with integrated Sage CRM.
- Hands-on experience with Technisoft Service Manager (TSM).
- Experience with other common Sage 300C add-ons and third-party integrations.
As our Sage 300 Cloud Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Sage 300 Cloud (Accpac) systems, resolving client issues efficiently and effectively.
- Leading and executing Sage 300 version upgrade and data conversion projects from inception to completion.
- Independently investigating complex software issues, identifying root causes, and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Managing your own workload and priorities to meet project deadlines and client service level agreements (SLAs).
- Configuring and customizing Sage 300 modules to meet specific clients' business needs.
- Providing guidance and best practices to clients on how to best utilize their Sage 300 system.
- Collaborating with the internal team to share knowledge and develop improved processes.
- Creating and maintaining detailed documentation for client systems and procedures.
