Role PurposeThis is an entry-level administrative support role within an IT department. An IT Administrator Officer learner focuses on the smooth, day-to-day operation of administrative tasks, ensuring IT processes run efficiently from a support perspective.
RequirementsQualifications & Experience
  • Matric
  • IT related Diploma/Degree
  • 0–1-year relevant working experience
Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
  • Managing IT department schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Handling IT-related correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintaining IT asset inventories (hardware, software licenses) and tracking procurement processes.
  • Providing basic user support for common IT issues (e.g. security group management, password resets, printer troubleshooting).
  • Organizing and maintaining IT documentation and filing systems.
  • Coordinating IT training sessions or workshops.
  • Managing basic access permissions for IT facilities or systems.
  • Participate in expense tracking
