Description/Synopsis:A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a motivated Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to promote and sell its products across independent pharmacies, pharmacy groups, and corporate pharmacy chains. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting out their career or who has recently completed their studies and is eager to break into the pharmaceutical sales industry. The role is key in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with pharmacists and decision-makers.   • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field
  • Proven success in pharmaceutical sales preferred, but graduates and entry-level candidates with the right drive and attitude are encouraged to apply
  • Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical products, market trends, and regulatory requirements (training will be provided)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities
  • Valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle for business travel
Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans targeting independent pharmacies, pharmacy groups, and corporate chains
  • Conduct regular pharmacy visits to promote and sell pharmaceutical products
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while managing product orders and inventory levels
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with pharmacists and key stakeholders
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends to adapt strategies
  • Conduct product training sessions and demonstrations for pharmacy staff
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meetings, and sales activity
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with marketing and prescription teams to support product launches and promotions
