AWS DATA ENGINEER - PRETORIA /JHB /CAPE TOWN UP TO R1M PER ANNUMPOSITION INFO:A leading South African intelligent automation company is looking for a skilled AWS Data to join their innovative and growing team. You will be joining a team specializing in Robotic Process Automation, Intelligent Document Processing and Process Mining using cutting-edge technologiesIn this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the organization’s data pipelines and systems on AWS, this role involves building data lakes, streaming pipelines, and batch processing systems that support analytics and business intelligence efforts,If you are passionate about unlocking the power of data to drive intelligent automation and you want to be part of this tech innovator, APPLY NOW!!!This is what you need to land an interview:
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in actively developing and deploying web
  • 3+ years’ experience working with AWS cloud services.
  • Strong proficiency in:
  • AWS Glue
  • S3
  • Redshift
  • Lambda
  • Step Functions
  • Athena
  • Experience with streaming data using Kinesis or Kafka.
  • Strong SQL and Python skills.
  • Understanding of data governance and security in cloud environments.
  • Familiar with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like CloudFormation or Terraform.
Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • AWS certifications preferred
