We are looking for a reliable and organized Dispatch Clerk to coordinate the outgoing delivery of goods from the warehouse. The Dispatch Clerk ensures that all shipments are accurately packed, documented, and scheduled for timely delivery while maintaining high levels of accuracy and customer service.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and process dispatch documentation including delivery notes, invoices, and packing slipsCoordinate with drivers and transport providers to arrange deliveriesEnsure that outgoing goods are correctly packed and labeledTrack the status of shipments and update relevant systems or stakeholdersMaintain records of dispatches, returns, and discrepanciesVerify stock availability and assist with inventory checksCommunicate with warehouse, sales, and logistics teams to resolve delivery issuesAssist with loading schedules and ensure all safety protocols are followedEnsure that dispatch areas are clean, organized, and compliant with regulationsHandle queries related to deliveries or dispatch documentationRequirements:Education:Grade 12 (Matric) is requiredA certificate or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration is an advantageExperience:1–2 years of experience in a dispatch, warehouse, or logistics environmentKnowledge of dispatch processes and inventory systems is beneficialSkills & Competencies:Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsGood verbal and written communicationBasic computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesReliable, punctual, and able to work in a teamFamiliarity with dispatch systems or warehouse software is a plusOther Requirements:Willingness to work shifts or weekends if requiredPhysically fit and able to stand or lift items as neededThe post appeared first on .
