- Manage daily operations of the production facility, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Lead, train, and develop a team of production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery and equipment are maintained and operational.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in production or operations management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of production planning, quality control, and health and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Salary: negotiable.
