Job Specification:Provide support with the execution of Continuous Improvement projects, by generating a positive impact on business mainly within the context of safety, quality, delivery and cost.Support and document business transformation, process improvements & lean initiatives through the organization
Lead a small improvement project on advise of the OPEX Specialist
Support the KPI data management
Apply lean tools/ systems (e. g. time and motion, 5s, SMED) when working with site personnel as required
Promote cultural change, challenging current business processes
Maintain the tracking system of OPEX results within the site in Microsoft Excel (eg. “downtime and reject tracking”)
Provide support for the optimisation and definition of work instructions (SOPs)Requirements:The minimum requirement is an Industrial Engineering Diploma and a basic knowledge of Lean/ World Class manufacturing.
