Job Summary Position Summary The Titan Emporium seeks a Technical Sales Business Development Manager with experience in the air compressor industry. This senior role focuses on business growth, solution selling, and strategic partnerships. A strong understanding of rotary screw compressors, compressed air systems, and air treatment is essential. Core Responsibilities Drive sales of air compressors, dryers, filters, and spare parts across SA and SADC. Manage and grow key accounts in sectors like automotive, mining, agriculture, and manufacturing. Identify new business opportunities and convert leads through technical engagement. Conduct site visits, prepare quotations and proposals. Collaborate with the service team for installation and aftersales support. Achieve sales targets and expand market share. Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events. Minimum Requirements 3-5 years in technical sales (air compressors preferred). B2B sales experience with a proven track record. Strong understanding of compressed air systems. Technical/engineering qualification (preferred). CRM and pipeline management skills. Valid driver's license and travel-ready.
