- Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to potential clients.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Conduct market research to identify new leads and understand industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in sales meetings, workshops, and training sessions to improve sales strategies and enhance product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for new market penetration and sales growth.
- Provide feedback from clients to the product development team to help tailor products to the market needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications in the CRM system.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- A proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus.
- Must be willing to travel as needed.
