Qualifications

Matric or equivalent
Supply Chain or logistics qualification would be preferred, but not essential

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role is crucial

Duties

Co-ordinate inbound raw material and outbound finished goods logistics
Scheduling of all products including Inter-Depot Transfers
Receiving of all raw materials.
Communicate with clients and agents to formulate scheduling plan.
Communicate the scheduling plan to production daily for production purposes.
Contract Management for transport contractors.
Managing and organizing of transportation for deliveries of various products.
Archiving of all related documentation.
Manage product allocation to different BU’s
Manage packaging information on allocation plans

Job Competencies

Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Be methodical and quality driven
Be proficient in MS Office, with very good Excel skills
Have good time and stress management skills as well as good communication and conflict management skills
Be a team player
Self motivated
Be able to work outside normal working hours
